The investment in manufacture facility in recent years greatly enhanced our production capability and products quality. After the establishing of plants in Beijing and Shenzhen in 2009, the total facility area has been over 180,000 m2.

Machining Workshop   It consists of machining, punching, molding procedures, etc. Equipped with various high-precision machining equipment, such as lathes, milling machine, grinding machine, laser cutting, under-water fire cutting, bending, etc.

Vehicle Modification Workshop   The workshop deals with frame building and rivet welding procedures, facilitated by advanced weld and sheet-metal forming equipment.

Coating Workshop   It consists of 14 coating rooms, including one super-length room (9m), two high temperature room and one water recycling room. The process includes metal surface degreasing, derusting, phosphating, prime coating, intermediate coating and surface coating etc.

Assembly Lines   10 assembly lines are well organized for different product series.

Testing Line   It carries out weight survey, sideslip test, braking test, lightening device test, emission test and leak tightness test.
